1.1 Job Summary
Under the supervision of Manager- Accounts and Share Management Division of Finance
Department, the incumbent supervises, administers and controls shareholders records,
follows-up payment of outstanding share subscriptions and share transfer; ensures that
shareholders accounts are on balance with the Bank record; ensures that appropriate
share certificates are issued.
1.2. Minimum Qualification Requirements
Educational Type and Level
• BA/Diploma in Banking and Finance or Accounting or Management.
Work Experience
• Two/Four years of relevant experience.
Knowledge’s, Skills and Abilities
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and practices of shares administration.
• Knowledge of applicable government laws, rules and regulations of National Bank of Ethiopia,
the Bank’s policies and Memorandum and Articles of Association
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate and coordinate workflow
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
• Ability to analyze and interpret bank statement of shareholders
• Skill in using and operating computers
• Skill in sending and receiving messages through email
• Skill on team player with leadership qualities
• Skill in making logical decisions
• Skill in time management and organization
