Zemen Bank S.C. and Aspire Microfinance Institution (under formation) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen collaboration in financial inclusion, digital finance, and SME development.
The partnership aims to expand access to affordable financial services, promote modern financial technologies, and strengthen institutional capacity through collaborative initiatives.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ato Addis WoldeCherkos, Chief Credit Officer of Zemen Bank, reaffirmed the Bank’s commitment to supporting inclusive growth by working closely with Aspire MFI to deliver services that complement its banking solutions and contribute to the modernization of Ethiopia’s financial sector.
Together, the two institutions look forward to creating greater opportunities for individuals, businesses, and underserved communities across the country.
