Zemen Bank proudly partners with Women in Diplomacy Network in Ethiopia (WIDEN) to celebrate International Day of Women in Diplomacy held on 18 June 2026 at the Sheraton Addis Hotel.
Organized by (WIDEN) in collaboration with International Gender Champions, the event brought together ambassadors, senior government officials, representatives of international organizations, and leaders from the diplomatic community to advance gender equality and women’s leadership in diplomacy.
The event featured keynote speeches on inclusive leadership, emphasizing the importance of equitable leadership practices. It also included the Gender Parity Pledge initiative, reinforcing a shared commitment to advancing gender equality and increasing women’s representation in leadership and decision-making roles.
